Learn about Messengers of Fear and What They Tell Us
The workshop is based on the book “When Fear Speaks, Listen; The 7 Messengers of Fear” by Dennis Merrit Jones.
Rather than tackling fear as a giant, intangible concept, the messengers allow us to identify with emotions we experience every day, and how they relate back to fear.
